Aftermarket Undercar Shields
Underbody · Impact & AeroAftermarket Replacement Part

Undercar shields that keep road debris where it belongs — behind the vehicle.

Undercar shields do two jobs: they smooth airflow for MPG, and they stop road debris from finding coolant lines and oil pans. Missing shields cost both.

Product Overview

Undercar shield coverage

We stock composite, aluminum, and steel undercar shields for the vehicles that came factory-equipped. Skid plates for off-road applications and aero belly pans for efficient sedans both handled.

Applications

When shields get replaced

Highway debris strike damage

Even minor impacts crack composite shields at the mount points.

Off-road contact damage

Rocks and stumps deform aluminum and steel skid plates.

Missing shields on a used vehicle

Prior service often removes shields and doesn't reinstall them.

Signs of Damage

Shield failure signs

Get under the vehicle:

  • Cracked or torn composite shield sections
  • Bent or dented aluminum or steel skid plate
  • Missing mount fasteners or torn mount ears
  • Loose shield rattling at highway speed

Buying Guide

Ordering shields

Step 1

Order fasteners together

OE fasteners are typically not reusable and are exposed to road salt.

Step 2

Confirm engine and drivetrain

FWD, AWD, and 4WD often use different shield configurations.

Step 3

Order in kit when practical

Front, mid, and rear shields are often sold separately but designed to work as a system.

FAQ

Undercar shield FAQs

Do your shields include hardware?
Where the OE packaged it together, yes. Otherwise fasteners are a separate SKU.
Are aluminum skid plates paintable?
Aluminum shields are typically left in raw or factory-finish state. Paint is not required.
Can shields improve fuel economy?
Missing aero belly pans measurably hurt highway MPG. Restoring them recovers that loss.
