Now hiring · Warren, MI

Build a career at the pace of the floor.

Power Auto Parts is looking for people who take pride in a job done right the first time. If you want a career — not just a shift — download our application and let's talk.

Why Power Auto Parts

Six reasons the people who join us tend to stay.

Momentum you can feel

We're the fastest-moving aftermarket body parts operation in the Midwest. Every shift, every route, every ticket writes the next chapter — and you own a piece of it.

A crew, not a headcount

We hire people, not badge numbers. Leaders learn your name on day one, floor teams eat lunch together, and every voice on the dock gets heard in Monday planning.

Pay that respects the work

Competitive hourly wages, performance bonuses tied to real metrics, and quarterly reviews. When the company wins, the people who moved the freight win first.

Real training, real progression

Cross-train across pick, pack, receiving, dispatch, counter sales, and customer service. We promote from within and back it with tuition assistance for automotive certifications.

A safer, smarter warehouse

OSHA-aligned protocols, climate-controlled zones, modern forklifts, and ergonomic workstations. We invest in your body because a career should build you up, not wear you down.

Benefits that show up

Health coverage options, paid time off that actually gets used, holiday pay, and a company culture that treats family emergencies like family emergencies.

The four Ps

What life on the Power Auto Parts floor actually feels like.

Pace

Orders confirmed by 3 p.m. ship the same day. That standard is set by the floor, not by a slide deck.

Precision

Every pick is verified, every route is sequenced, every VIN is double-checked. Quality is the job.

Pride

Uniforms pressed, aisles swept, trucks washed. We treat the building like a showroom because customers do too.

Progress

Weekly huddles, monthly recognition, annual growth plans. Nobody stays where they started unless they choose to.

Questions

Frequently asked

What kinds of roles are you hiring for?

We regularly hire for warehouse associates, delivery drivers, inside sales/counter staff, parts specialists, and operations support. Availability rotates by season, so submit an application even if you don't see your title listed — we keep every qualified résumé on file for 90 days.

Do I need experience in the auto parts industry?

No. We train from scratch for most warehouse and delivery roles. If you're punctual, willing to learn, and comfortable moving 25–50 lb boxes, we can teach you the rest. Prior parts, automotive, or logistics experience helps for specialist and sales roles.

Do you require a commercial driver's license?

Our delivery routes are run in standard box trucks and cargo vans — no CDL required. A valid Michigan driver's license, clean recent driving record, and willingness to pass a road test are the essentials.

What are your typical hours?

Our building runs Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with occasional Saturday shifts during peak season. Most roles are full-time; part-time and split shifts are available for the right candidates.

How do I submit my application?

Download the PDF, complete it, and email the finished form (plus résumé if you have one) to careers@powerautomotiveparts.com. You can also drop it off in person at 5523 E 9 Mile Rd, Warren, MI 48091 during business hours.
